[FAR-West] Didn't receive a ballot

Hi Trish! The election was carried out according to the schedule
I sent to the list back in September, although some dates slipped
a bit:

September 21 2007 - Steve contacts Memphis office for current list of FAR-West 
members. This list is the list that will be solicited for nominations. 
November 30 2007 - This e-mail solicitation for nominations sent out. 
December 31 2007 - Updated list of candidates sent out, and posted on FW site. 
Jan 31 2008 - All nominations must be received. 
February 1 2008 - Steve contacts Memphis office for current list of FAR-West 
members. This list is the list that will be eligible to vote. 
February 28 2008 - Ballots snail mailed out. 
April 30 2008 - All ballots must be received. 

The actual ballots were snail-mailed out in early March to the list of
current members supplied to me by the FA office in Memphis in February.
The only way we have to track our members is through the FA - they
sort them (I believe) by zip codes of our mandated states, plus the 
members from other regions who have opted-in to FAR-West.

If you did not receive a ballot I suggest you check with FA to find out when
your membership expired/was renewed.
