Hi,
One place you might want to check out is the Concerts On Demand part of CBC Radio 2's website. (I write a blog on the website about music and CBC programmes.) There are concerts recorded across Canada in a wide range of genres, but certainly some in the folk/world realm. These shows are online for a year.
Here's the URL, just click on Concerts On Demand when you get there: http://www.cbc.ca/radio2/index.html
