[FA Worldmusic] Your question about Historical Women in World Music

Good question, Steve.
I'm going for really, who are everybody's favorites? Not so much an
exhaustive list, but personal favorites...so I'm looking at who comes
up over and over...
I'm researching this because, obviously, I have my own faves, but I
want to know what yours are, too, for a collective consciousness check@
Then I will put together some radio shows by historical importance,
one on living legends and one on those on the Heavenly stage...not
exhaustive, again, but favorites....and also those that sound good
together.
I'm also compiling a list on women in healing/spiritual music, if you
have any that you actually listen to for those reasons....
