[FA Worldmusic] Visa advice

Could someone remind me who (and please include contacts) the good visa
advise providers (lawyers or other) are in the US.  I am trying to get
information for a Togolese visual artist who has weeks to pull it
together (if that's even possible).  I know Bill Martinez knows a lot.
Any other names?
