Can anybody find out exactly who is creating the problem for Khalifi? The
e-mail says that the venue is causing the problem. I would like to know
the facts so that I can look into this further as this is most disturbing.
While I can understand the heightened security in this post 9-11 world,
there is no excuse for not allowing a musician like Khalili from
performing. The fact that he is banned in so many parts of the Arab World
should tell people in America that his message of freedom of expression
needs to be supported.
