[FA Worldmusic] Soliciting Suggestions

Please note that the NA World Music Coalition will be hosting several
panels/forums at the annual Arts Presenters conference in NYC on Jan 11 in
the morning, and a joint session in the afternoon with the Summer
Festival/Outdoor Presenters network.

The joint session will focus on "greening" the arts. There has been a lot of
activity in that arena already, with festivals going green, etc. We are
looking for an artist (preferably a musician) whose work is directly
informed by/concerned with environmental issues, and has the track record to
back that up. If anyone has some suggestions of artists who would be
interested/able to participate please contact me directly at

Please note there is no funding support for this participation, by either
APAP or NA WMC, so it will probably work best for those already planning on
attending the conference, or who lives in/near/can easily get to NYC.
