[FA Worldmusic] question re WOMEX and Coalition

Good morning Dmitri,
Last weekend was Thanksgiving here in Canada and I gave thanks for being
offline for a couple of days!

Yes the meeting is still on - as was announced in the latest NAWMC
newsletter that you should have received in the last couple of days (anyone
on this list who didn't get it please let me know). As to the WOMEX
booth/stand, it is # C-21. Anyone who is a Coalition member in good standing
can use it to display their wares, schedule meetings at, etc. Pending demand
and "the facts on the ground" they may also be able to hang posters about
their business entity - or that are for NA based artists.

Speaking of the tand, we are looking for volunteers to help staff the booth
throughout the conference, so anyone on this list who would be interested in
helping out, please contact me and we will slot you in. Handing out a
membership pamphlet to any interested parties is all that is required -
otherwise you can also chat up people about what you are at WOMEX for too!

We could really use some extra help with this, so if you can spare even an
hour do let me know.

PS: If you are wondering about your membership status, just ask me and I
will let you know. Even if you never have been, or are not currently a
member of the Coalition, you can get access to/use of the booth, if you
volunteer for at least 2 hours of booth staffing duty. Again, just let me
know and we will work it out. The booth hours are: Thurday, Friday, Saturday
10:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 14:00.

Also, what is the Coalition stand number and what are the policies on how
members can use it?
