Hi,
I know now, that this is on the Artists From Abroad web site and the USCIS
web site but I got caught by not checking either web site in May before
mailing a visa to California and it got sent back to me.

It is now back to regions so I have to resend to VT. So check your area
before mailing those visas because changing the rules seems to be a USCIS
sport!
