[FA Worldmusic] Looking for L.A. based world music artists for June 21 '07 event - Celebrate L.A. Musique

In honor of this years Fjte de la Musique Gilles Amsallem and myself
are back to offer Los Angeles an eclectic taste of the best live and DJ
music available in Los Angeles with Celebrate L.A. Musique
(http://www.celebratelamusique.com) at Montmartre Lounge this June 21,
2007, from 7pm to 2am. In keeping with last year's event, which
featured the following artists - Maylin, Lysa Flores, Ashley Maher, MC
Rai & Los Pinguos + 4 DJs - we would like to again feature live artists
and DJs.

We have a very modest budget to work with and can pay the artists/DJs a
nominal sum to appear. Sets will be no longer than 45 minutes. TV5
Monde remains our lead supporter and sponsor. Gilles Amsallem, who is
the founder of French Tuesdays (http://www.frenchtuesdays.com) and
who's been in LA promoting his biweekly happening for the past year,
will be putting all his promotion and marketing resources to work. As
creative director I am looking for contemporary artists to perform whom
can showcase Los Angeles' multi-ethnic diversity. If you work with or
know of any artists based here that might be interested in our event,
