[FA Worldmusic] Turkish Music

I never considered Anouar Brahem + Barbaros Erkose playing together as a
true collaboration. Brahem Trio simply played mostly Anouar's long pieces
with occasional, beautiful solos by Barbaros. On stage, not as much on
recordings, Barbaros Erkose would add a couple of well-known upbeat pieces
from Turkish repertoire to spice it up. To truly appreciate Erkose's music,
you need to listen to his own recordings and his recordings with his
brothers.

I also do not understand what Dore means by "Ottoman style oudist" for
Necati Celik. He is a classical musician who performs Ottoman and Turkish
repertoire and like other virtuosic players, he is a wonderful improviser.
