That's great !  It would be a good way to put the word out, get more  
members and network.

So here is my questions.

Should we mainly, but not strictly showcase artists which the  
representation is involve with NAWMC ?

Would NAWMC have any funds for backline, flyers etc.. ?

If it is ok with the NAWMC's board members, I would be glad to go to  
Austin and scout a venue ( I think an outside venue would work best  
right ? ) and hotel sponsorship ( at least I can see if I can get a  
lower rate for members and artists ).

Thoughts ?
