[FA Worldmusic] CDs from South Africa - HELP!

Does anyone else order CDs from One World in South Africa?

I used to buy CDs from One World.  It was my best and sometimes only access 
to Gallo and Sheer Sound.  Now Louis Mhlanga is coming to play here and I 
am trying to buy a few of his CDs (and Bongo Maffin') and I cannot make 
anything work.

I tried online with the same credit card I've used with them many times.  I 
tried with a new card.  I sent e-mails asking how to order.  I wrote them a 
letter enclosing credit card information.  I even tried calling until I 
found out my cell phone (my only phone) is not authorized for overseas 
calls.  I get no responses.  I'm about ready to send cash, which I know is 
likely to fail.

HELP!

You all know what it is like to want music you know is good and to be denied.
