September 7, 2007

Aladdin Records recording artists Farzin (saxaphonist) is a natural when it
comes to fusing ancient Persian melodies with contemporary jazz harmonies.
His successful career as a musician is largely attributed to being able to
use music as a remedy to adversity; his sound simply makes you feel good.
Farzin will be joined by Michael Barsimanto on drums, Mark Goldenberg on
guitar, and Clif Hugo on bass.

September 21, 2007

A musical tribute to Ella Fitzgerald, featuring the awesome vocals of
<http://www.myspace.com/emilyrskinner> Adjoa Skinner, Lonnie Jones on drums,
Wyyll Hawkins on bass/guitar and a special guest on piano. Since returning
from Africa, Adjoa returns to the studio to work on a new release, which
will be her first in the United States. Her performance of an Ethiopian
lulabuy, in the vocal styling of Ms. Fitzgerald, is breathtaking.

October 5, 2007
