There is a very useful website for musicians who want to collaborate online
with an easy-to-use and free interface to do so.  It's called songweavers
www.songweavers.com  and it allows you to post an mp3 or wav file and others
can work with thereby creating muliple versions for either all to hear or
just a select few.
