for detroit 2006:

we are booking a dec 2 multi-cultural holiday program. the budget is not large so we have booked mainly locals. thought i'd check to see if we can afford to broaden the performance schedule.

we include one indoor "headliner" each year. generally spend $2-$3K. could look at something "special" up to $5K.

also seeking "outdoor" performers -- song, dance, music, theater, variety. generally spend $200-$500. one or two at $1K may be possible.
