I totally agree that a a detailed, thoughtful qualitative letter will be
extremely valuale. But 1600 questionnaires that say, this was unacceptable,
I may not come back carry a different kind of weight. The stark black and
white of statistics has some power

The problem with the form is there isn't enough space to really say much -
seems like a separate letter might not be a bad idea. I also think it is
helpful to send a letter that represents a coalition of NA attendees (wait,
don't we have one of those??)...seems like it would have more impact than 40
separate one-liners from NA folks.....any takers on this idea?
