Interesting,

While I loved the Tengir Too performance in DC, I personally found  
Homayun Sakhi's passionate, fire-charged performance on the Afgani  
oud the highlight of the evening. Did the program you present include  
all three elements of the Folkways-Aga Khan releases, or just Tengir- 
Too?
